Adamello Collini was a famous Pinzolo Alpin Guide; from his passion for the mountain born the idea of a refuge, departure point for hight altitude mountaineering on Adamello- Presanella Group. So, since 1932, the Collini’s family has managed his refuge, built at the head of Pian di Bedole, directly from Adamello whit the wood of the local forest. The strategic position for hight altitude trekkings, the wild nature and the vast landscapes that surround the Refuge, make this a longed- for destination for mountain climbers or not. Still continue, with the Adamello’s grandson Adamello, the tradition of a warm welcome and a typical and traditionally made cooking.
